PSG #108: back to basics

Today with the release of the new grf pack we also started a new game on our publicserver. The game type chosen for this game is a back to basics style with gradual expansion of the infrastructure.
The town of Mudworth with an ICE station
Mudworth, nicely situated within lush, green woods with a small tram network and a regional ICE terminal. The express trains in 1920s are still steam powered and the 1st class coaches ensure a joyfull and comfortable journey.

It’s a 1024 x 512 tiles temperate map with a variety of interesting newGRF. Most noteworthy in this respect are the 2cc train set and the extended generic road vehicle set (eGRVTS) which this game is meant to test. As the first vehicles are available already before 1900 and the first steam trains already early in the 20th century ,we started at 1920 where already a few vehicles are present.
Nanhall
Nanhall is the oldest station and developed subsequently into a hub long distance trains with a small junction nearby. In the future the town will probably also prosper due to its industrial products being in high demand

Interested to join us on this game? Feel welcome. Built all kind of vehicles and trains available – we want to test these nice two, new sets – and we want to see them and you all in our emerging transport company 🙂
