Public Server Archive – Renewed

Even though I am ill, I re-created the Public Server Archive. You might remember that the list of archived games became bigger and bigger. With all those screenshots it was almost impossible for users with low-speed internet connections to have a look at the archive. I splitted the page into several subpages containing 10 games. All the folks with heavy cable connections can still view all games on one page like it exists for the Junctionary too.
Something new is the Hall of Fame, which will contain very famous games. Hopefully soon. 😉
To add a game to the HoF it has to be voted. Therefor I created a Voting Page.

Enjoy browsing the new archive.

Wiki-Startpage bunched the 10k

Somewhen these days the Wiki startpage reached the mark of 10.000 posts. I am blogging this, because the reaching of 1.000 has been promoted too. The wiki has been set up at 29th October 2005 and on 6 January 2006 (Picture) we reached the 1.000. As you can see on the picture, a lot of things have changed. And in my opinion we did a great job so far! Also I recognised the activity at our wiki is very low these weeks and a lot of things are not done yet. Maybe we try another update of the wiki, but somehow we were not able to do it, as thousands of php errors occured.

Cheers on the next 10k hits at our startpage :p

LBR Mainlines research concluded

The New Wiki Style

The all new wiki styleYeah we had this discussion… Wiki and Blog… Why a Blog? How to combine them?
Now its done, in a difficult puzzle with more than 1100 lines I change the main.css file of our wiki, created a new skin and did at least a stylistic merge of our beloved Wiki and the brand new Blog! Actually I am not sure whether I changed everything or missed something out, if you find something unformatted or ugly-looking at the wiki please tell me via mail or in our IRC-channel.
For all those who are not familar with IRC yet, we re-activated the webbased-IRC-client. Just check the main menu and get in talk with other coopers. If I will find some time the client will get a style-refresh too.

So far I am done and need to sleep!

Update:
If you have a Wiki account and can not see the New Style, go to preferences and change your skin manually.
I set-up a wiki-page where all errors are shown, if its not on the list, add it or contact me!
