Newgrf update!

I updated the newgrfs today. There aren’t any newgrfs updated but I added AV8 and the czech rail set. You can download the new set by clicking the link on the right of this site.
Have phun with them!

    Because of some special versions for OTTD, we updated today to 3. Its only a minor update.
